Noble Network JSC. Granted Authority As Inviting Organization In Applying For Visas For Foreigners In Vietnam

Since 20/2/2020, Noble Network JSC. have established that the Immigration Department will honor Noble Network invitations for visas in both Hanoi and at the Vietnam Embassy in Washington D.C.

Outside Vietnam foreigners who want to enter Vietnam can personally apply for E-visa or through the inviting/guaranteeing agencies and organizations. Inviting/guaranteeing organizations in accordance with section 1, Article 16, Law on foreigners’ entry into, exit from, transit through, residence in Vietnam shall directly submit visa applications to the immigration management agency. Within 5 working days after receiving the visa application, the immigration management agency shall consider and process the dossier and send a reply to the inviting or guaranteeing agency, organization or individual and notify such to the overseas Vietnamese agency competent to grant visas. After receiving the written reply from the immigration management agency, the inviting or guaranteeing agency, organization or individual shall notify such to the foreigner for the latter to carry out procedures for receiving the visa at the overseas Vietnamese agency competent to grant visas.

Being granted as inviting authority for applying visas for our clients means that we can now directly secure visas for our clients visiting from the US. This is an important step for us to make sure the trade deals we connect can happen smoothly and successfully.

Note: Right now Vietnam has temporarily stopped issuing e-Visa for foreigners who are in or have recently visited areas where Covid-19 is spreading. We hope the coronavirus outbreak will end soon for the sake of our health and the economy.
