We are thrilled to share an important and encouraging development in our ongoing efforts to support sustainable agriculture in Liberia. Mr. Archie Ngwayah – CEO of West Atlantic Enterprise (WAE) – has successfully secured official invitation letters from the Liberia Ministry of Agriculture for our three Vietnamese rice experts.
This marks a significant turning point for our project. Having formal government support not only reaffirms the legitimacy and importance of our joint efforts but also provides a strong foundation for real, on-the-ground impact. It is refreshing and deeply motivating to witness political will aligning with our agricultural vision. Ms. Trang Le – Marketing Manager of Noble Network – shared: “I’m truly proud and honored to be an essential part of this achievement. Together with the Noble Network team, we facilitated the connection and information exchange between WAE and the experts, enabling both sides to align and move forward with the rice project in Liberia.”

This successful diplomatic step further strengthens our partnership and paves the way for Vietnamese agricultural expertise to contribute meaningfully to food security and rural development in Liberia.
