Official Announcement About Semiconductor Industry Support Services

As of July 15, 2025, Noble Network is pleased to announce that we have officially boosted our provision of Semiconductor Industry Support services to businesses in the US and Vietnam markets. Specifically mentioned in US-VN SemiSupport.

The semiconductor cooperation between the U.S. and Vietnam is unlocking significant opportunities, driven by America’s “friend-shoring” strategy and the need for a more resilient supply chain. Vietnam currently hosts over 170 FDI projects in this sector, with a total registered capital exceeding USD 11.6 billion, attracting major players like Intel and Amkor. The country’s semiconductor market is projected to reach USD 31.3 billion by 2027. The U.S. has also pledged support through the CHIPS Act fund (USD 500 million for selected Asian countries), including Vietnam. In response, Vietnam aims to train 50,000 engineers by 2030. This is a pivotal moment for Vietnam to emerge as a strategic link in the global semiconductor supply chain.

This is also a great opportunity for Noble Network to support businesses in the US and Vietnam to cooperate smoothly without language and cultural barriers. o TECHNOLOGIES: We have direct experience working with the development and manufacturing of many semiconductor technologies including NMOS, CMOS, BiCMOS, HV-CMOS, NV-CMOS, Linear, to produce product lines such as CODEC, MODEM, SRAM, DRAM, CMOS Logic, Linear/Analog, Flash, NV-SRAM, Microprocessors, DSPs, PSOCs, Programmable clocks, and wide variety of analog and digital communications chips.

o FAILURE INVESTIGATIONS: We have successfully conducted numerous critical failure analysis investigations involving all aspects of semiconductor manufacturing and their electronic device properties. In doing so, we have utilized a variety of tools such as chromatographs, SEM, TEM, Auger, SIMS, Xray spectroscopy, and wet chemical de-processing, staining, and polishing.

o EQUIPMENT: Our innovations have utilized CVD, sputter, and vapor deposition; plasma, sputter, and wet etching; implant and diffusion doping; furnaces with various gases; various forms of cleaning and drying; as well as logic and analog device bench testing systems, and laser repair and accelerated aging systems.
