On February 16, 2023, Noble Network successfully organized the spring trip 2023 for all employees and the Board of Directors to the beautiful sites of Bai Dinh, Tam Coc, and Bich Dong in Ninh Binh Province to pray for a peaceful, safe, healthy and successful new year to the entire Noble Network company, Members, clients, and partners. Please read on to explore this exciting spring trip with us!
At 7 am, we departed from the Noble Network office at 25T2 building, Hoang Dao Thuy, Cau Giay, Hanoi to Bai Dinh Pagoda. This is one of the largest pagodas in Vietnam with many admirable records: the pagoda that has the largest gold-gilded bronze Buddha in Asia, the longest Arhat corridor in Asia, and the largest copper statue of Maitreya in Southeast Asia, etc… Coming here, we were immersed in a peaceful, dignified atmosphere and listened to interesting stories about Buddhism and the Bai Dinh Pagoda. We come here to pray for Noble Network, Members, clients, and partners, that they may have a happy, prosperous, and successful 2023.
After visiting the Bai Dinh Pagoda to pray, Noble Network also had the opportunity to visit Tam Coc – a famous scenic spot in Ninh Binh. We navigated our row boats on still waterways through three caves beneath majestic mountains, surrounded by rivers, rice fields, and mountains. It’s hard to put into words the excitement of experiencing such inspiring activities.
And yet, the last destination on our spring trip was Bich Dong Pagoda which was built in 1428. This pagoda, with its ancient and extremely sacred beauty, is the site of several historically and socially significant periods. The pagoda was originally named “Bach Ngoc Thach Son Dong”, meaning a beautiful, pure, and pearl-like pagoda in the deep mountains, then it was renamed by Lord Trinh Sam after the name of Bich Dong cave, dubbed “Nam Thien De Nhi Dong” (the second most beautiful cave in Vietnam after Huong Tich cave in Hanoi).
At the end of the spring trip, the whole Noble Network team felt refreshed, and many seemed to be given an abundant source of new energy. This will be a very memorable one for all of us.
